It's Not Just Business, It's Community

The Taranaki Health Foundation is proud to recognize the incredible generosity of team Ulti Group, who have donated an outstanding $125,000 to support the development of the Rapid Relief Team ICU at Taranaki Base Hospital. This remarkable contribution highlights Ulti Group's unwavering commitment to the well-being of our community.

You may already know that Hāwera is home to New Zealand's leading and most trusted industrial door and dock loading system provider? Ulti Group, once known as Egmont Doors, has deep roots in Taranaki, that stretch back to 1993

In the 32 years since its inception, Ulti Group has grown to become a key provider of door and dock loading solutions across numerous industries. But beyond business success, they have remained true to their founding values – supporting staff, fostering community, and giving back. Ulti Group firmly believes that community is the backbone of New Zealand, and they demonstrate this by supporting a range of charities, including Kiwiharvest, NZFN, KidsCan, Starship, and Hato Hone St John.

Their dedication to community care extends through their close partnership with the Rapid Relief Team. It is through this relationship that Ulti Group made their generous donation of $125,000 to the Rapid Relief Team ICU at Taranaki Base Hospital.

Ulti Group Technical Director, Jerry Prestidge, shared his thoughts on the decision: "When this opportunity to support the Taranaki Health Foundation arose, we didn't hesitate to be passionately involved." Protecting what matters lies at the heart of Ulti Group's mission, and nothing is more important than the care available to loved ones in times of crisis. "Supporting this project reflects our commitment to making a lasting impact and creating a safer, more sustainable future for all humanity " says Jerry.
