Absolutely — you are always in control. You can cancel, pause, increase or decrease your donation at any time, with no questions asked. Simply email us at info@thf.org.nz with your name and your request and we will process it as soon as possible.
Your first payment is taken on the day you set up your donation. After that, you will be charged on the same day each week, month, quarter or year — depending on the frequency you have chosen.
Yes — you will receive an automated end-of-year summary with all your donations in one document, which can be used for your tax return. Remember, you can claim a 33% tax credit on all donations to Taranaki Health Foundation. If you don't receive your summary, check your spam folder or email us and we will resend it.
